Congratulations to the 2007-08 DCHS Golf Team

Update: The boys golf team can in third place at the state tournament. Congratulations to the athletes and the coaches.

Parent Post: Congratulations to the Deer Creek HS golf team! At their regional meet the boys placed second and qualified for the state tournament again. They will play 54 holes during the two day tournament at Dornick Hills in Ardmore on Monday, May 5th, and Tuesday, May 6th, 2008.

In addition to the DC Boys golf team qualifying for the state tournament, Coach Morrison also informed me that they have also been named the Academic State Champions! Congratulations to the entire team for your hard work!

The DC girls I believe had one girl qualify for state. I think it is Lauren Wright, please forgive me if the name is wrong or misspelled. I am not sure where she will play at.

Let's support our Antlers while they try for another state title!!!

Our Reply: The girls missed state by 7 strokes we think. They shot their lowest total of the season. Congratulations to all and good luck to the boys. Bring home State!!
