Way to Go Middle School Girls' Softball >>

October 5, 2006

The Middle School Girls softball team season just came to a close. The season was a huge success with the Varsity winning more games than they lost. First year Head Coach Shawn Blankenship and Assistant Coach Jamie Brehm did a wonderful job with all of the girls that participated this year. This was the first year in a long time that the team advanced beyond the first round of the tournaments they played in.

We also extend our gratitude to the High School Coach Ron Moore for providing the High School field for the girls to play a few of their games. It was quite a treat for the girls to play on the High School Field. A special thanks goes out to Judy Yetter and Diana Baxter who both generously gave up their time to support the girls and the coaches.
