FYI!!! The High School also has a Creek Registry. Please check the High School web site under Parent info. Leslie Ellsworth is the point of contact for the High School Creek Registry. If you run into Leslie, make sure you thank her for her tireless efforts to make our schools better for the students and staff.

Thanks for the information. We agree that everyone should pass on their gratitude to Leslie and all of the other wonderful volunteers of the school district. The initial 2006-07 registry for the High School is completed and will soon be available at www.deercreek.k12.ok.us/hs/Parents/pto.htm. In the meantime feel free to download the High School Registry and Letter (PDF 39K).

I appreciate your comments on the latest post.(Articles on Fundraising) I also want to mention to check the Creek Registry for teacher needs. Many DC schools, or at least the MS, posted what the teachers needed on their web site. I hope that all the DC school's web site list their needs via the Creek Registry. If the schools do not have their Creek Registry set up via their PTO, they are missing out on a lot. Kudos to Cindy Dehne and Leslie Ellsworth for setting up the Creek Registry for the MS. I'm not sure about the other schools.

Thanks for your post. We too share your appreciation for all that Cindy and Leslie have done for the schools. Currently only the Middle School is using the registry but hopefully others will follow. The Registry should be posted sometime this month on the Middle School website. Thanks for sharing this additional avenue to contribute to the school.
